I cycled my first Duncwich Dynamo last weekend. Described as being 'London's greatest mass participation ride - bar none' and I'm inclined to agree.

We made pretty good time. Set off from London Fields at about 8.50 p.m and got to the beach for breakfast at 5.30 a.m. It was great fun despite the long wait for the coach home! Thanks to the folks at Southwark Cycles for organizing a great event. Thursday the weather was so bad we didn't even make it out of the house. It turned out to be some of the worst floods ever! This pic is of the river Cocker just near Lorton which is between Keswick and Cockermouth.
